Shipping at OneLeaf

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OneLeaf. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • OneLeaf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • OneLeaf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We currently do not ship outside the India.

Returns at OneLeaf

We assure that our tea blends are authentic and fresh, packed in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure that the aroma, freshness and flavour of the tea is retained for your enjoyment.

At OneLeaf, we believe that customer satisfaction is the utmost key; therefore, we stand behind all products bought from our site. If there is a mistake from our end, we accept return, refund & cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • In case of any wrong product delivery made by OneLeaf, you are eligible for return policy. You need to inform us via our return form and once we receive the same, we will transit the refund money.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

  • OneLeaf will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

  • Returned items must be delivered to us as sealed, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

  • We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
